By accessing or using The Old Farm platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Old Farm provides a modular farm management software platform that helps farmers organize and manage their agricultural operations, including but not limited to:

  • Land and crop management
  • Livestock tracking
  • Inventory management
  • Activity planning
  • Basic accounting features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your password secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Features and limits vary by plan.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • Prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes

4.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

4.4 Free Plan

The free plan has usage limits and may be modified or discontinued with 30 days notice.

5. Your Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your farm data.

5.2 Data Export

You can export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON).

5.3 Data Deletion

Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to harm others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by The Old Farm and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

The Service is a management tool and does not replace professional agricultural, legal, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OLD FARM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Old Farm from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Your Country. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Your Jurisdiction.
